Step into a fisherman's paradise where serene bays to the north and the captivating Bolivar Flats to the south set the stage for an unrivaled fishing experience. The North Jetti offers abundant opportunities for bank fishing and crabbing, while the nearby surf promises some of the area's finest shark fishing adventures.

As you plan your adventure, consider the seasons to fully embrace the area's fishing potential. From mid-October to the end of November, the area comes alive with exceptional flounder fishing. During this time, the migrating flounder gather around the numerous sunken structures, offering an exciting challenge for anglers. This period is a prime time to explore and enjoy the bountiful waters of the Bolivar Peninsula.

Welcome to The Pineapple Beach House! To ensure a pleasant stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask you to follow these additional house rules:

1. Kids' Beds Weight Limit: Each child's bed has a weight limit of 250 lbs. Please adhere to this for safety.

2. Propane Grill Usage: If you use the propane grill, remember to turn off the gas after cooking.

3. Toys, Games, and Bikes: These items are property of the house. If anything goes missing, charges will apply. Please return them to their original place after use.

4. Yard Gate: Keep the yard gate shut at night to prevent skunks and cats from entering.

5. TV Accounts: If you add your account to the TV, please ensure to remove it before your departure.

6. Clean Feet: Wipe off your feet before entering to prevent gravel damage to the floors.

7. Toilet Care: Only flush toilet paper and human waste. Our septic system is delicate and requires proper care.

8. Refrigerator: Do not turn off the refrigerator. We are not responsible for spoiled food due to it being turned off or the door left open.

9. Pet Cleanup: It's your responsibility to clean up after your pets. Additional cleaning required due to pets will incur charges.

10. Power and Internet Fluctuations: Occasional power or internet outages may occur. We are not responsible for any food damage due to power outages. You'll be notified by the host if an outage is detected.

11. Natural Disasters: We are not liable for damages incurred due to flooding, hurricanes, thunderstorms, or other natural or manmade disasters beyond our control.
